Bud built this Dutch-oven cooking table out of an old aluminum toolbox, table legs from Home Depot and old piano hinges. Total cost $25 for table legs. So far it has supported more than 500 lbs. I only bought two of the Dutch-ovens new. Total cost probably less than $200. It folds flat with a handle on back for easy carry.
Pictured above scalloped potatoes, peach pulled pork, and peach cobbler.
Could you post more pictures of the table. I think I might like to try and build one

My grandfather used an old wooden bird cage, turned bars up, to make a vivarium (enclosed habitat) for the lizards and slow-worms my sister and I kept as pets!

It’s a black cast-iron kettle with a lid that has a lip on it to hold coals. The kettle has three legs. You set it right in the coals.

Today I made 20 lbs of peach pulled pork, cheesy scalloped potatoes, pinto beans with ham hocks, peach cobbler, and homemade bread for fifty. It was unbelievable.

I love cooking in Dutch ovens. We used to bury them in hot coals for the day when we were camping.

Works wonderfully. Just make sure there is always liquid in there. Dig it up whenever dinner time comes around. Great for stews, and other wet cooking like pot roasts. We used to cook sage chickens in wine this way.

You can use it for anything that you’d cook in regular oven.
