Eat Your Mushrooms

Two old guys were sitting around talking when they got to the the subject of marriage.

“Have you ever been married?”

“Yeah, I was married three times, but it ended in tragedy every time.”
“Oh, that’s awful.  What happened.?”

“Well, the first time we’d been married about three years when she ate poisoned mushrooms and died.  I got married again and after about three years, she ate poisoned mushrooms and died.”

“That’s hard to believe that happened twice.  What happened to you third wife? Did she eat poisoned mushrooms too.”

“Oh,no.  She died of a fractured skull.  She wouldn’t eat her mushrooms.”
