I crocheted this cute little hoodie over the weekend. It cost about twenty dollars, only about one-third more than I could have bought it for. Now, that’s a deal, isn’t it? Oh yes, the bottom edges in front do line up. I am just a careless photographer.
Linda,
It is unbelievably cute and can’t believe it was so easy, you finished it over the weekend. I wish I had the pattern, though.

It is really easy. I looked up measurements for size 3. The back is a 16 inch square. The fronts are each 8×16 inches. The sleeves are thirteen inches long and start out 9 inches wide and taper to to 5 at cuffs. To do hoodie just crochet directly on to neckline af joined back and front sections. I think it was 13 inches long. It is all double crochet.

Wow ! Thanks, there must be a youtube video about it. I am still learning and in the shawl and wrap stage.

It has two things going for it. It’s pretty and it’s made by Grandma. Lovely. 🙂 — Suzanne.

Guess you paid for the pleasure of crocheting it yourself! And to think that “homemade” used to be a way to save $$$.
