I was so restrained over Easter…we each had a bar of our favourite chocolate instead of paying a fortune for an egg with a lot less of the good stuff…I love chocolate.. I will have the occasional piece of dark chocolate 75% of more cocoa.. but if I have milk chocolate in the house it is gone in a matter of minutes.

Paul Andruss  has done his usual deconstruction of our guilty pleasure and reconstructed it layered with Aztec history and flavoured with myths and modern techniques.. if you are not chocolated out after last weekend.. head over for some of the real stuff.
