You’re from a farming family? That would have been my grandparents’ generation. I can relate to the chaos of a family with 6 children, but my own dad was far less demanding..my mom would have fought back (and did!). He knew she didn’t have my grandmother’s skills, so he didn’t expect as much; except for the cooking. Great story…I can picture the pants ! ☺
