    • You are right. 2 pieces of fruit a day. I could Give you her diet. 1 piece of drip whole wheat toast with 2 egg whites and one yellow and one orange for breakfast. Lunch 2 servings veggies 4 oz chicken or fish, baked or broiled. Dinner 4 oz chicken or fis, 2 veggies. Snack after dinner, 1 fruit, 1/2 cup oat mail, Tbs trail mix. No potatoes, white rice, concentrated sweets. 2 cups coffee black and 12 oz iced tea daily.
